After initial contact, Fulcrum will provide carriers with the required documents, including a Primary Service Agreement for review and signature, and a Carrier Authorization & Assignment for completion and signature. Before scheduling of Fulcrum's service begins, the carrier must notify the homeowner or occupant that Fulcrum has been assigned and will be reaching out directly for scheduling and access coordination. Once the necessary documents are authorized and carriers have notified the homeowner or occupant of Fulcrum's involvement, Fulcrum will coordinate next steps with the homeowner or occupant for scheduling.

Pricing is assignment-specific and provided directly by Fulcrum during assignment setup. Final charges are governed by the applicable Carrier Authorization & Assignment and, where applicable, the governing Primary Service Agreement.
